Promotion Terms & Conditions

If you are unsure how to complete any promotion, please contact customer service before finalising your order. Promotional offers will not be honoured unless the relevant code or qualifying steps has been applied in the cart and no refund will be offered a promotion was not completed correctly.

INDIE KIDS reserves the right to amend details of its promotion at any time.

Information on how to enter and the prizes, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ONLINE PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

INDIE KIDS – LAST COMMENT IN 48 HOURS

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
All entries must be received by 17:15 May 2 2025.

• One (1) winner in Australia will be selected at random by Industrie Kids on 17:15 May 2 2025 and the winner will be notified on this date of details.
• Competition entry will be via Instagram entry only.
• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across Industrie Kids Instagram channel.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Employees of Industrie Kids are not eligible to enter.
• Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Multiple entries per person per competition will be accepted.
• Each entrant must be following Industrie Kids clothing on Instagram.
• All entrants who comment on the 17:15 AEST 2 May 2025 will be eligible to enter into a ballot which will be drawn at 17:16 AEST 2 May 2025  for random selection of one (1) winner.
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Industrie Kids if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Industrie Kids reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• Industrie Kids' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Indie Kids withholds the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time.
• The winner’s first name and/or social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Industrie Kids after the winner has been selected.

• By entering this competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you've read and understood them.
• Entries must be received within the stated competition period. Incomplete or late entries will not be considered.
• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random draw generator. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. Proof of identity may be requested to claim the prize.
• If the competition cannot proceed due to technical issues, tampering, or any reason beyond our control, the Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition.
• If a prize remains unclaimed beyond the specified claim window, a redraw may be conducted within a reasonable timeframe using the same method.

WELCOME OFFER

• Discount code entitles subscribed customer to receive 10% off their first online order when spending $100 or more on full price items.
• Discount code is valid for single use only, with no expiration date.
• Discount does not apply to sale items or gift card purchases.
• You must apply the discount code at the checkout to receive the discount on valid items in your order. INDIE KIDS has no obligation to advise customer of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant order.
• Only one (1) discount code can be applied to a single order.
• The promotion cannot be applied to an order that has been completed, nor can the relevant discount code and discount be applied to an invalid order.
• If items from the order are returned and your order no longer meets the spend level required for the promotion, all remaining items will be charged at their listed price at the time of purchase. 

BROADCAST CHANNEL EXCLUSIVE OFFERS

• Discount codes shared via our Instagram Broadcast Channel are exclusive to our followers and apply only to the specific collections highlighted in the channel.
• Each discount code is unique, valid for a single use, and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Offers are available for a limited time only, as specified in the broadcast e.g 48 hours only. 
• Expired codes will not be honoured.
• Discounts apply only to full price items unless otherwise stated. Sale items and gift cards are excluded.
  
• The discount code must be applied at checkout to receive the offer. INDIE KIDS has no obligation to advise customers of incomplete or non-compliant orders.
• Only one (1) discount code can be used per order. Discounts cannot be combined.
• Promotions cannot be applied to past purchases or retroactively added to completed orders.
• If items from a discounted order are returned and the remaining order no longer qualifies for the discount, all kept items will be charged at their original listed price.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE*

• From time to time, a free gift may be automatically added to your cart without any additional cost, only once over the given threshold.
• If there is a choice of free gift, it is up to the customer to select the correct size/colour etc of gift. Gift cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Offer not valid for any cart under the given threshold (including any discount or sale prices applied).
• INDUSTRIE has no obligation to advise customer of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant order.
• If item is removed from cart, the free gift will not apply. 
• Offer not valid with discount codes that apply to the whole order, for example welcome codes or spin and win offers.

SALE

• Sale products can be identified by the red SALE flag on the product image, visible on the collection page.
• No discount code require – hard markdowns shown on valid Sale styles.
• Sale items are returnable in line with our standard Returns policy. Item must have swing tag attached, unwashed and unworn. Refund cannot be granted if the tag is removed or in a non-resalable condition.
