Information on how to enter and the prizes, form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

SILVERSTONE RESTOCK CELEBRATION COMPETITION

2. Method of Entry
To enter, participants must:
• Follow @industriekids on Instagram.
• Comment on the official Silverstone Restock Celebration competition post with:

Their little one’s name
Their little one’s size
What they love most about the Silverstone sets
CLUBHOUSE members may receive one (1) additional entry by following the instructions provided via the Indie Kids CLUBHOUSE Broadcast Channel.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Employees of Indie Kids are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Mechanics

The competition will be promoted across Indie Kids Instagram channels, including Instagram Feed, Stories and the CLUBHOUSE Broadcast Channel.

Eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be put in ballot for the prize draw.

4. Drawing of Winner

One (1) winner will be selected from all valid entries and announced via Indie Kids Instagram Stories following the conclusion of the competition.

The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message.

Indie Kids’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The prize will be provided in the size selected based on the winner’s entry details, subject to availability.

If the prize becomes unavailable, Indie Kids reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value.

6. General

Indie Kids reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition at any time.

Instagram is not affiliated with or involved in this competition.

Competition Period

The Competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 6 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 July 2026 ("Competition Period").
Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years and under.
Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Customise the official Indie Kids Logo Lab template provided by the Promoter.
Submit their completed design either:
Online via the designated competition submission page; or
In-store at any participating Indie Kids location during the Competition Period.
Provide all required entry information.
Entries must be original works created by the entrant. Incomplete, illegible, offensive, inappropriate or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
Judging

This Competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on:

Creativity
Originality
Overall presentation

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

Major Prize
$300 Indie Kids wardrobe voucher.
Winning design featured as the Indie Kids Instagram profile image for two (2) weeks following the Competition.

Runner-Up Prize
$150 Indie Kids wardrobe voucher.
The total prize pool is valued at $450 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Notification

Winners will be selected within seven (7) days of the Competition closing.
The winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their entry.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Promotion and Use of Entries

By entering the Competition, entrants and their parent or guardian grant the Promoter permission to:
Display submitted artwork on the Indie Kids website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
Feature selected entries on Instagram Stories throughout the Competition Period.
Publish and promote the winning and runner-up entries across Indie Kids marketing channels.
Entrants retain ownership of their artwork. However, by entering the Competition, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and display submitted artwork for promotional, marketing and competition-related purposes.
Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the Competition will be used solely for administering the Competition, contacting entrants and winners, and for purposes outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that is misleading, fraudulent or inappropriate.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries.
If the Competition cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Competition.
By entering the Competition, entrants and their parent or guardian acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

INDIE KIDS CLOTHING – “50K FOLLOWER CELEBRATION COMPETITION”

2. Method of Entry

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @industriekids on Instagram.

• Find the daily secret word hidden across Indie Kids touchpoints during the promotion period.

• Submit the secret word via Instagram Direct Message.

• Each correctly submitted secret word will equal one (1) entry into the prize draw per day.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• Employees of Indie Kids are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Mechanics

A secret word will be hidden each day across an Indie Kids touchpoint.
Hints directing participants to the location of each secret word will be shared via the Indie Kids CLUBHOUSE Broadcast Channel for members only.

4. Drawing of Winners

Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced the following day at 9:00am via the Indie Kids CLUBHOUSE Instagram Stories.
Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message.
Indie Kids' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Voucher entitles the holder to $20 off full-price merchandise on purchases of $100 or more.

• One redemption per voucher.

BROADCAST CHANNEL EXCLUSIVE OFFERS

• Discount codes shared via our Instagram Broadcast Channel are exclusive to our followers and apply only to the specific collections highlighted in the channel.
• Each discount code is unique, valid for a single use, and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Offers are available for a limited time only, as specified in the broadcast e.g 48 hours only. 
• Expired codes will not be honoured.
• Discounts apply only to full price items unless otherwise stated. Sale items and gift cards are excluded.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE*

• If there is a choice of free gift, it is up to the customer to select the correct size/colour etc of gift. Gift cannot be exchanged or refunded.

SALE

• Sale items are returnable in line with our standard Returns policy. Item must have swing tag attached, unwashed and unworn. Refund cannot be granted if the tag is removed or in a non-resalable condition.
