• One (1) winner in Australia will be selected at random by ballot entry drawn by Industrie Kids on Friday 20th February 2026 at 12:01PM AEST and the winner will be notified on this date of details. 
• Winner will both be contacted individually to claim prizes to the full formal outfit.
• Winner must be following Industrie Kids at time of drawing the winner. 
• Competition entry will be via Instagram entry only. 
• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across Industrie Kids Instagram channel. No purchase necessary. 
• Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. 
• Employees of Industrie Kids are not eligible to enter. 
• Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. 
• Multiple entries per person per competition will be accepted. 
• Each entrant must be following Industrie Kids clothing on Instagram. 
• All entrants who comment at 12:00PM AEST Friday 20th February 2026 will be eligible to enter into a ballot which will be drawn at 12:01PM AEST Friday 20th February 2026 for random selection of one (1) winner. 
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram. 
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. 
• Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. 
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner and tagged account must be provided to Industrie Kids if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize. 
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Industrie Kids reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• Industrie Kids' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 
• Indie Kids withholds the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time. 
• The winner’s first name and/or social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Industrie Kids after the winner has been selected.

Indie Kids Summer Heroes - Colour your Summer, your way.

To celebrate a summer full of fun, we’re inviting little artists everywhere to colour your Summer, your way. Let your imagination run wild with bright shades, bold ideas.

·       Major Prize: $1,000 Indie Kids Clothing Pack

·       Runner Up Prize: $500 Indie Kids Clothing Pack

Total Prize Pool: $1,500 AUD

How to Enter

To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must:

1. Download the official colouring sheet online or collect one from any Indie Kids store (excluding Myer stores).
2. Colour in the design using crayons, markers, paints, or similar materials – Get creative!
3. Submit the completed colouring sheet by:
• Scanning the QR code and uploading the entry online, or
• Dropping it off at your nearest Indie Kids store (excluding Myer stores).
4. Optional: Share the entry on Instagram and tag @industriekids.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Competition Period

The Competition opens on Wednesday 21 January 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEDT on Sunday 22 March 2026.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

Key Information Schedule

Eligible Entrants

Entry is open to:

1. Children aged 16 years or under.
2. Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian consent provided via the entry form.
3. Australian residents only.
4. Employees of the Organiser (and their immediate family members) are not eligible.

Judging & Winner Selection

1. This is a game of skill, not chance.
2. All valid entries will be judged by an independent judge based on:
• Creativity
• Effort
• Overall colouring skill
3. Winner will be announced Wednesday 25^th March via @industriekids Instagram and winner will be contacted via email.
4. Reserve entries may be selected in case of ineligible or invalid winners.

Winner Announcement

• Winner will be announced Wednesday 25^th March via @industriekids Instagram and winner will be contacted via email.
• Winners will also be contacted via the email address provided at entry within 24 hours.
• Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted individually.

Important:
All official communication will come only from an Industrie Clothing email address and the @industriekids Instagram account. Please be aware of scam accounts or messages.

Claiming the Prize

1. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within three (3) days of notification.
2. Winners must provide delivery details as requested.
3. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. If a winner does not claim their prize within the timeframe, the Organiser may award the prize to a reserve entrant.

Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be dispatched within 14 days of receiving confirmed winner details.

Use of Entries & Intellectual Property

By entering, entrants (and their guardians) consent to:

• Use of the child’s first name, suburb, and submitted artwork for promotional purposes.
• Industrie Kids using submitted artwork in marketing, social media, and promotional materials without additional compensation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or third-party interference.
• The Organiser excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

General

1. The Organiser’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
3. By entering, participants release Instagram from all liability related to the Competition.
4. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms & Conditions will remain in effect.

8 DAYS OF GUESS THE GIFT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Period

The competition will run daily from December 11 to December 21, 2025.
All entries must be received by 5:00PM AEDT each day during the competition period.

How to Enter – Guess the Gift Mechanic

• Entry is via Instagram only.

• To enter, participants must comment their guess on the daily competition post.

• Entry to win will be based on commenting the correct guess within the final minute before 5:00PM AEDT each day.

• All correct guesses, verified by Industrie Kids, will be placed into a random ballot to determine the daily winner.

• Only guesses deemed correct by Industrie Kids will be considered valid.

• Entrants must be following Industrie Kids at the time of the draw.

• Multiple entries per person per day are accepted.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected each day from all eligible correct guesses via random ballot.

• Daily draws will take place at 5:05PM AEDT between December 11 and December 21, 2025.

• Winners will be notified directly via Instagram on the day of their win.

• Winners will be contacted individually to claim their prize.

• Sale items are returnable in line with our standard Returns policy. Item must have swing tag attached, unwashed and unworn. Refund cannot be granted if the tag is removed or in a non-resalable condition.
