ARE THE COLOURS OF THE GARMENTS PHOTO ACCURATE?

Here at Industrie, we like to keep things clean and simple. We aim to generate images with a clear likeness to the actual garments, so there's no surprises when you open your delivery at home. Well… only good surprises! Our colour palette online is very close to the colour palette of the garments, however some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor, or on varying internet browsers.

DO YOU HAVE THE SAME PROMOTIONS ONLINE AS INSTORE?

We endeavour to have all promotions offered in freestanding stores available to our online customers. There may be some instance where an online offer is not offered instore, just as stores have their own shopping nights and events. HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once you have clicked 'Confirm Order', the processing of your order commences and you cannot make any online changes to the order. Our system and warehouse are designed to fill and despatch orders as quickly as possibly.

Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any unwanted items by following our Returns Policy instructions.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

Our clothes are cut for youthful shape and most garments are a regular fit to flatter almost any body type. If you are uncertain about what size to order, or you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger. Click HERE to refer to our size charts.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Log into the email account supplied at the time of placing an order and you will see an email from Industrie titled 'Order Confirmation'.  This email will let you know that we have received your order and that is being prepared for dispatch, and will contain the date of your order, garments purchased and order number for your reference. Please note this email may take 5 minutes to reach your inbox.

It works by encrypting the details which you enter on our website, preventing the information being intercepted by an unauthorised party.
 
Furthermore, for all online Credit Card Transactions we use the EWAY payment gateway, a fully automated and encrypted process where all data  is transmitted directly between your machine and the bank. We do not store any payment details in our database.
