In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please accept our apologies.

We ask that you kindly post it back to us with the reason for your return clearly noted so that we can assess the problem. If an item is faulty and the relevant style is in stock, we will send you a replacement. If not, we will arrange a refund including all delivery charges. As we will refund the cost of sending the item back to us, please include a copy of your postal receipt.  If you live near an Industrie free standing retail store, we can assess the item for you there, provided you bring along your order confirmation and receipt. Please note instore we can only offer an exchange or store credit.

NOTE: Items must be washed as per the instructions provided on the care label. Products washed incorrectly will not be considered faulty.
